BlueMissionBANOS2030 supports the mapping, deployment and scaling of solutions for the EU Mission "Restore our Ocean and Waters" in the BANOS region.
ABOUT THE PROJECTOur Mission Arenas showcase local, regional, and national approaches to Mission Ocean, and connect solution providers with uptakers and funders.
ABOUT THE ARENASOur National Mission Hubs work in twelve countries, connecting national ecosystems to the Mission and channeling the best solutions to EU funders.
ABOUT THE HUBSMeeting the targets of the EU Mission “Restore our Ocean and Waters” by 2030 depends on coordinating experts, businesses, citizens, public authorities, and funders. BlueMissionBANOS 2030 aims to engage and connect these stakeholders through 12 National Mission Hubs and transnational Mission Arenas, so that proven, innovative solutions are taken up, financed and scaled across the Baltic and North Sea and beyond.
Partners
In each of our twelve BANOS countries, our National Mission Hubs connect ministries, agencies, businesses, researchers and NGOs around Mission Ocean. Hubs find solutions at the national level and bring them to the attention of funders and policymakers at European level.
2026 TO 2029
Three times during the project, our Mission Arenas will gather stakeholders from across the basin: National Mission Hubs, funders, innovators, public buyers, and citizens. Pitches and presentations by innovators, funders’ roundtables, and sessions to support the formation of partnerships and to help solutions travel across borders.
